We are all affected by this global pandemic one way or another. ClosetHunk.com operates in Singapore, Hong Kong and mainland China, which puts us in a difficult position. Do we shut down the business since there is a possibility that customers won’t receive their orders due to a global pandemic OR do we continue business as best as we can and prepare to stand by our 60-day delivery guarantee even if it means we need to refund many more orders than we are used to?
We chose the latter. To this day we have refunded 6 orders on failing to fulfil 60-day delivery guarantee since March 2020. We sincerely apologize to all customers who haven’t received their orders in a timely manner. We are all in this together. As a small online store we cannot change the state of global logistics but what we can do is stand by our promises.
